Christine Trauben

Like her brother, Peter, Christine Trauben is also a veteran of the bar and restaurant industry. She grew up in the Pernicone family-owned business of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, delis and juice bars. Christine attended the University of Michigan and The Wharton School and held various positions in corporate finance and investment management before joining the restaurant industry full time.
