Patrick Callaghan

Patrick Callaghan was born in Dublin, Ireland to a family of seven girls and two boys.  After working for many years for the Chawke Pub Group, Patrick moved to the States in pursuit of bigger things.  He started working with Peter at Judge Roy Bean and quickly established himself as head bartender.
