Peter Pernicone

Peter is a veteran of the bar and restaurant industry.  He has grown up in and learned the business over many years through his participation in the Pernicone family-owned bars, pizza shops, delis, juice bars, and restaurants.  Peter is a native New Yorker who attended Arizona State University before returning to New York to take over the family business.  He is also the owner of Judge Roy Bean, a popular midtown pub.
